In leiu of practice on Sunday night, we are going to run through a mock showcase with our high school players.
- Run a 60 yard dash
- Pitchers will throw a bullpen (12-15 pitches)
- Fielders will take 5-6 flyballs/groundballs
- Catchers will do poptimes
- Hitters will take a round of BP
- We will provide strategies for getting ready to go in short amounts of time
This mock showcase is FREE, however, the Realplay Video Team will be there and for $60, Realplay will video your BP Round and bullpen with Rapsodo data embedded in the video. These videos would be great for Sports Recruits profiles.
