Rantoul Showcase Games at the Rantoul Family Sports Complex!

This event will be partnered with Realplay. Each play of the whole tournament will be filmed and put into each player's profile after the tournament. Check out examples here:

Further, this event is focused on helping your players with the recruiting process.  Here are the details:

  • Every player will receive Realplay Video of their at bats and pitching included in the price of the tournament.  
  • Every team will participate in a question and answer session with college coaches at a specific time scheduled on Friday or Saturday through out the tournament
  • Every team will get an opportunity for BP with a college coach on Friday or Saturday. College coaches will assist in providing instruction with the teams during game play.  For example, one of our college coaches will split time in each dugout on the field.  This allows coaches the opportunity to provide instruction to players and see players interact with their coaches and teammates while competing.  
  • We will have 8+ coaches providing instruction at the event.  So far we have coaches from Illinois, Northwestern, Ball State, St. Louis University and Illinois State committed.
  • 4 game guarantee

We think this is a very unique event and will provide a number of resources to your athletes as they continue to work towards their goals.

Stay and Play

  • Our tournaments are Stay to Play events.
  • We have partnered with TRAVELING TEAMS® to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament approved hotels close to our venues. This is a Stay to Play event. It is required that all teams traveling to this event from 75 miles or more reserve their lodging accommodations through TRAVELING TEAMS®. Thank you in advance for your cooperation
  • Please note booking through a third party such as priceline, hotels.com or expedia is not allowed.
  • In the event you would like to opt out of the stay to play requirement, there is a $300 fee to do so.

Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT. IN THE EVENT A TEAM NEEDS TO CANCEL, ROCK TOURNAMENTS WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

 

In the event a tournament is cancelled for any reason or shortened due to weather, Rock Tournaments will issue credit as follows (3 game guarantee tourney)…

  • If 0 games are played, you will receive 100% credit towards a 2022 or 2023 Rock Tournament
  • If 1 game is played, you will receive 50% credit towards a 2022 or 2023 Rock Tournament
  • If a 2nd game is started, you will receive 25% credit towards a 2022 or 2023 Rock Tournament
  • If 2 or more games are completed, there will be no credit issued.

In the event a tournament is cancelled for any reason or shortened due to weather, Rock Tournaments will issue credit as follows (4 game guarantee tourney)…

  • If 0 games are played, you will receive 100% credit towards a 2022 or 2023 Rock Tournament
  • If 1 game is played, you will receive 75% credit towards a 2022 or 2023 Rock Tournament
  • If 2nd game is played, you will receive 25% credit towards a 2022 or 2023 Rock Tournament
  • If 3 or more games are completed, there will be no credit issued.

General Information
  • HOME/AWAY : Coin flip
  • GATE FEE : Each Player is responsible for a $25 Family and Friends Gate Pass. The Gate pass will allow each player's family members to enter the complex via this one-time fee!
  • ROSTERS : Rosters must be entered two weeks before the event!!
  • COOLERS : Players only
  • CLEATS : No metal spikes allowed
  • NOTES : No sunflower seeds allowed
